Cooking Courses Cardiff
Our Calendar of courses is comprehensive, covering a wide range of core skills including Meat and Poultry, Seafood, Pasta, Vegetables, Spice, Pastry and Bread. Participants will learn a variety of techniques from experienced chefs.
Each class is structured with skills and tips that come together to build a confidence to inspire your food preparation, along with a more relaxed approach to cooking. All necessary equipment and ingredients are provided for each class. During the session, you will create dishes from scratch, ensuring everything is freshly prepared under the guidance of our chefs.
Following your course, all the recipes and supporting notes, including Angela’s recommendations and tips, will be sent to you via email. You will take home all the dishes you have made. Our classes are designed so everyone can enjoy cooking, no matter your experience level.
