Let Us Entertain You!
This is so exciting! We wanted to create a special dining experience, and I couldn’t help but think back 32 years ago when I came up with an idea to start a cooking club. Initially I hired a venue, with the help of friends, pushed flyers through people’s letterboxes, got the local newspapers to help, we even got a shout out on BBC Radio Wales from the lovely Ray Gravel; and the “What’s Cooking Club” was up and running.
2 years later, I decided to run the events from my home as I had started a full time degree. We lived one street down from where we now live now, and I find it amazing that we are back here, in Penylan, about to start a new chapter where I first began.
Supper@101
Supper@101 will be open to 14 guests who will be treated to a seasonal menu using ingredients supplied by a network of brilliant producers. The menu will change monthly and be themed, using inspiration from cuisines around the world.
This event will give us creative freedom to prepare and cook a feast. This has always been my passion, and with just 14 guests, we can really bring a sense of celebration to the table.
