Cookery Courses and Cooking Classes

Our Calendar of courses is comprehensive, covering a wide range of core skills including Meat and Poultry, Seafood, Pasta, Vegetables, Spice, Pastry and Bread. The cookery school provides a supportive learning environment for all ages and skill levels, making it perfect for everyone from beginners to advanced cooks. Our courses are inspired by seasonal ingredients, local produce, and international culinary trends, ensuring a fresh and exciting experience every time.

We also offer an extensive range of courses celebrating cuisines from ‘Around the World’, including Thai, Regional Indian, Italian, French, Mediterranean, Mexican, Caribbean, Greek, Middle Eastern, Modern British, Regional Asian and Spanish.

Each course offers the opportunity to create a variety of dishes from scratch, building confidence and practical skills in the kitchen.

All equipment and ingredients are provided, making it easy for everyone to get involved and enjoy the experience. Our courses offer the opportunity to learn about a wide range of foods and cuisines, and sharing and enjoying dishes together is an important part of the experience. The number of guests per class is limited to ensure a high-quality, hands-on learning experience.

 

Your Day With Us

Your Day With Us

typical day will start at 9.45am with refreshments and an introduction to the day. Cooking then commences, and we provide all the equipment, aprons, and ingredients you need to prepare a variety of dishes entirely from scratch. Lunch, featuring the dishes you have prepared, is served at around 1.00pm. The experience is designed to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and enjoyable day.

We complete the day’s dishes in the afternoon, all prepared from scratch, and finish at around 3.30pm. These dishes can be enjoyed together or taken home.

Your Experience Continues

Following your course, all the recipes and supporting notes, including Angela’s recommendations and tips, will be sent to you via email. You will take home all the dishes you have made. You can share your creations with family and friends, making the experience even more enjoyable as you relive the memorable moments of the course together.
