Cookery Courses

Our Calendar of courses is comprehensive, covering a wide range of core skills including Meat and Poultry, Seafood, Pasta, Vegetables, Spice, Pastry and Bread.

We also offer an extensive range of courses celebrating cuisines from ‘Around the World’, including Thai, Regional Indian, Italian, French, Mediterranean, Mexican, Caribbean, Greek, Middle Eastern, Modern British, Regional Asian and Spanish.

Your Day With Us

A typical day will start at 9.45am with refreshments and an introduction to the day. Cooking then commences, we provide everything you need from aprons, ingredients, refreshments, and lunch, served at around 1.00pm. We complete the days’ dishes in the afternoon and finish at around 3.30pm.

Your Experience Continues

Following your course, all the recipes and supporting notes, including Angela’s recommendations and tips, will be sent to you via email. You will take home all the dishes you have made.
